Katherine Jean Bolduan also called Kate Bolduan by professional names is a journalist for broadcast from the US. Her most well-known role is anchor of the CNN morning program At This Hour. In the past, she was a co-anchor of the CNN on weekdays mornings New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan has been a part the award-winning CNN coverage of the presidential elections in 2012 as well as 2016. Bolduan has worked as a correspondent from Washington, DC who covered the activities of both the US House of Representatives and Senate. In her time as a member of the Capitol Hill Unit Bolduan reported on the legislative cycle and other congressional activities, including negotiations to increase the debt ceiling for federal government and the super committee discussions. In addition, Bolduan worked as a general-assignment correspondent covering topics like the Christmas Day terrorist attack of 2009, the Supreme Court's decision concerning Obamacare in addition to the 2009 implementation of the stimulus plan.
