Lis Wiehl (born on 19th August 1961) is a famous American writer and Former legal analyst for Fox News.
She is an adjunct professor at Law at New York Law School. Previously she was associate professor of Law University of Washington Law School. She provided legal commentary on Bill O'Reilly's radio show as well as National Public Radio. She appeared regularly of The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly, The Kelly File with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl was born and raised in Yakima and went to West Valley High School. She graduated from Barnard College with a Bachelor's Degree from 1983. In 1985, she earned the Master of Arts degree in Literature at the University of Queensland. And in 1987, she received a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl served as prosecutor in the US Attorney's Office. She also worked as a legal reporter on NPR's All Things Considered. She served as "the the deputy chief of investigative counsel for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." Between 1995 and 2001, she served as a tenured law professor of the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle in which she was the director of the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl worked as a Fox News Legal Analyst from 2001 to 2017.
