Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah, an Indian performer and actress most well known for her performance in Tamil and Malayalam films. Annayum Rasoolum was her Malayalam and Tamil debut. The actress made her debut in Tamil in the film with Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea Jeremiah was raised in a Tamil Nadu Anglo-Indian home. Andrea's father was a Madras High Court lawyer. Her older sister is who is a resident of Leuven Belgium, as a Research Assistant. Jeremiah lived close to Chennai and went to National Public School before graduating from Women's Christian College. Andrea, who began classical piano lessons at age eight, has been described as an "geek" and wanted to become a psychiatrist until her board exam in 12th grade. Young Stars, a Jackson Five-style band she was a part of at age 10, was her foundation to sing and compose music. Also, she was an actor in the college. She was president of The Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea's theatre career began with Girishkarnad's Nagamandala. Andrea was in the lead role with Shiva as a leo commercial for a coffee. She also acted in the serial that was broadcast on Podhigai channel. She's performed in India. The brief appearance was in Kanda Mudhal's final scene (2005). After she rendered a song for Gautham Vasudev Menon's Vettaiyaadu he asked her to play as one of the lead female characters in his upcoming venture Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea portrays Kalyani in this film, which is a remake of James Siegel's novel Derailed. Her husband takes part in a relationship with her and she's blackmailed. Andrea got the part of Kalyani after Simran Shobana Tabu and other actors were approached. The film was released in the early part of the year 2010. In 2011, she agreed to play a minor supporting role in Venkatprabhu's multi-starrer Mankatha, which came out in August 2011. Annayum Rasoolum which is a romance film directed by Rajeeev Ravi, that was released in 2013, was her Malayalam debut.
